Q: How do I wash my shirt?

We recommend washing all apparel in cold water, on a gentle cycle and hanging them to dry to avoid any shrinkage or fading.

 

Q: How do the shirts fit?

Please note that some apparel items are unisex fit. Fit details are available on every apparel item.  Please feel free to email us if you have further questions. 

 

Q: What if I don't see my size as an option?

Our shirt styles are available in XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL.  If you don't see the size you need, please email us at info@ascent516.com.  If size is not in stock, this may require longer order prep time.

Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?

Currently, it takes 3-5 business days (weekends not included) to ship once the order has been placed (unless otherwise stated). However, it can be 5-7 business days during busy seasons such as Christmas.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Q: Do you have a retail store?

Not yet! Currently we are only an online store, but we are excited for the future and open to collaborations with boutiques and retail stores.

 

Q: Is your site secure?

Yes! We utilize the industry leading encryption and security tools and methods and employ monitoring services to constantly monitor the security of our site.  

 

Q: How will I know if my order was successfully placed?

You will receive an order confirmation email with all your order details, including an order number. If you don’t get an email, there may have been a problem with placing your order. Be sure and check your junk folder first. Sometimes our order emails are caught in spam filters. 

   

Q: What is your return policy?
